Rehabilitation

Enhancing the quality of life of those entrusted in our care is our ultimate goal. In our Rehabilitation program, an individualized plan of care is developed for each patient after a clinical evaluation. Our clinicians coordinate services for the management of acute and chronic diseases including myocardial infarction (heart attack), congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes and cerebral vascular accident (stroke). Our clinical team uses therapeutic interventions to assist the patient in improving their overall quality of life by designing programs to enhance their strength, mobility, balance, swallowing and communication disorders.
